April closed with two commercial real estate transfers of note. The first was an industrial condominium unit at 200 Andover Street, Unit E, Wilmington, MA. The 1,416 square foot unit is located in an a one-story, metal industrial building, adjacent to power lines. The price per square foot was $127.12.
The second transfer was of an office condominium unit located at 1215 Main Street, Unit 102, Tewksbury, MA in the Claddagh Place condominium development. The unit contains 712 square feet and the price per square foot was $98.31.
