Commercial Transfers: January 9th to the 13th, 2017
There were only a couple of commercial property transfers this week. A car wash at 1836 Bridge Street, Dracut, MA transferred for $1,400,000. The 8,292 square foot building sits on a 65,110 square foot site and is on the southbound side of Route 38.
138 Cross Street, Lowell, MA transferred for $195,000. The improvements are a 9 unit, shell, apartment building that suffered extensive damage in a fire in July of 2016.
