Most of the sales activity was in Lowell this week. The largest transaction was the MA/COM property at 100-144 Chelmsford Street, Lowell, MA. The 125,442 square foot facility transferred on January 5, 2017 for $4,250,000.
6-20 Brooks Street, Lowell, MA, an 8-unit, wood-frame apartment building transferred on January 3, 2017 for $699,000 or about $87,375 per unit.
275 Varnum Avenue, Unit 13, Lowell, MA, a medical office condominium unit on the Lowell General Hospital Main Campus transferred on January 3, 2017. The 1,013 unit sold for $219,000 or $216.19 per square foot.
Finally, there was also a sale of an industrial condominium unit at 4 Jewel Drive, Unit 13, Wilmington, MA. The unit sold for $192,500.
