This week's commercial transfers include a variety of property types.
To start out the week, an industrial condominium unit at 145 Perry Street, Unit D, Lowell, MA sold for about $93.53 per square foot. The 1,144 square foot unit is in a metal building with a total of 4 units. THe sale Price was $107,000 and was recorded January 30.
8 Republic Road, Billerica, MA also transferred on January 30. The 6,000 square foot industrial building is located on a 1.048-acre site in an industrial park off Route 3. The sale price was $850,000.
1501 Main Street, Unit 30, Tewksbury, MA, an office condominium unit transferred January 31 for $22,500. The unit contains 505 square feet.
293 Boston Road, Billerica, MA, Stellio's Restaurant, transferred for $1,300,000 on January 31. The
6,415 square foot building is located on Route 3A.
On February 2, the office building at 1201 Westford Street in Lowell transferred for $1,050,000 or $75.09 per square foot. The building has 2 stories and was constructed in 1977.
Finally, an older mixed-use property at 191 Princeton Street, Chelmsford transferred for $550,000 to Kazanjian Enterprise. The property consists of a 1.59-acre site improved with a group of wood-frame buildings containing a total of 5,888 square feet.
