Commercial Transfers: April 10th through 14th, 2017
There was only one commercial transaction of note last week, the transfer of Larry's Comics, at the intersection of Bridge Street, Lakeview Avenue, and VFW Highway in the Centralville section of Lowell. The transfer appears on two deeds, both showing consideration of $525,000, but deed transfer stamps were only paid on a total of $525,000. The one story, concrete block building contains 5,865 square feet plus basement space, and sits on a 16,702 square foot site.
