Commercial Transfers: February 6th through 10th 2017
We only have two transfers to report this week.
The first is 731 Lakeview Avenue, in the Lower Centralville section of Lowell, a club/restaurant that transferred for $310,000 on February 7. The two-story, wood frame building contains 5,855 square feet and sits on a 7,200 square foot lot.
The second is a convenience store located at the intersection of Routes 3A and 129 in North Billerica. 161 Boston Road, Billerica, MA transferred on February 8 for $750,000. The 4,793 square foot building sits on a 31,000 square foot site.
