Commercial Transfers: January 23rd to the 27th, 2017

There were no commercial transfers last week, while this week we tracked 4 transactions.

A wood-frame warehouse building at 545 Broadway Street, Lowell, MA sold for $225,00 or about $29.73 per square foot. The 7,569 square foot building sits on a 8,470 square foot lot.

The Richardson's Dairy property at 1480 Bridge Street, Dracut, MA transferred for $420,000 to DKD Realty, LLC. The site contains about 1 acre and is improved with a 6,020 square foot, one-story, brick building. Dracut classifies the property as a restaurant.

Units 203, 205 & 302 at 319-321 Littleton Road, Westford, MA sold for $530,000. The office condominium units contain a total of 3,103 square feet for a price per square foot of $170.80.

Finally, Community Teamwork purchased the property at the corner of Pawtucket Street and Wilder Street in Lowell. 524 & 536 Pawtucket Street sold for $1,750,000. The office and daycare building contains 13,974 square feet and sits on 61,240 square feet of land.
