This is my first blog entry for my new web site. I will be covering the Greater Lowell commercial real estate market and commercial appraisal issues in general (and anything else I feel is appropriate). On this site I will also be maintaining a Market Research page that I will attempt to keep updated with recent commercial real estate transactions in Greater Lowell and the Merrimack Valley, or anywhere else I happen to do an appraisal.
